Dr. “Rahula” received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of London, and medical degree from University of Ceylon in Sri Lanka. He trained at Columbo North General Hospital and a private practice in Sri Lanka; served his internship at Christ Hospital in Jersey City; and was Chief OB/GYN Resident at Harlem Hospital Center. Dr. Rahula was also an Instructor at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Rahula is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, where he is an elected fellow. Dr. Rahula’s memberships include the American Gynecological Laser Surgery Society, American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Diseases, and the American College of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgeons.
