Information Clerk Technician: Full-Time (2)

Description

Under the direction of the Health Services Manager or Clinical Department Supervisor, the Information Clerk Technician must be able to perform clericial duties, schedule appointments, and perform registration functions in assigned areas. Must have demonstrated superior customer service and problem-solving abilities. Must also have good conflict management skills.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and proficiency in the use of computers required. English/Spanish preferred. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in working in a community health center or a hospital-related setting. One position is available in the OB/GYN department so experience in this setting is a plus.
