Dr. Carolyn Murray-Burton, M.D.
Pediatrics
Dr. Murray-Burton became a member of the Metropolitan Family Health Network Pediatrics staff in November 2011.
Dr. Murray-Burton, who has more than 19 years experience, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University and went on to study medicine at University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey- New Jersey Medical School. After graduating from UMDNJ, she served her internship and residency at University/United Hospitals Department of Pediatrics and then a fellowship in the UMDNJ University Hospital Department of Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Murray-Burton served as staff Pediatrician at Paterson Community Health Center.
“As a pediatric professional, I have devoted my life striving to be a great physician. Making a difference in helping nurture young lives gives me the drive to wake up every morning and cause positive change in our society. My most rewarding experiences have been sharing with parents the development of their children. It is my goal to provide the best care to all,” Dr. Murray-Burton states.
