Call Center Clerk: Part-Time
This interim position is supervised by the Manager of Registration. Duties include receiving calls from patients and helping them with their appointment needs while scheduling appointments as per established policies and procedures. Also, answering all incoming calls, registering all patients, phoning patients to make appointments for services offered. Demonstrated abilities in superior customer service a must.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees or certification preferred. Keyboard and PC knowledge required: 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
